Terms & Conditions
- To secure a place at Parkfield a £100 non refundable Registration Fee will be required. See our banking details above.
- Invoices will be emailed via the Famly App at the start of each month and are payable within 7 days.
- Payment can be made in cash or cheque, BACS or via the Government Tax Free Childcare Scheme. Go to www.childcarechoices.gov.uk for details.
- We accept the Government’s funding. Please ask for details.
- Missed sessions must be paid for in full except in the case of long term illness when fees will only be due for the first two weeks.
- Nursery fees will be charged for 50 weeks of the year, regardless of any holidays taken. However, if you let us know at least 4 weeks in advance that your child will be away, you will not be charged for any meals or snacks during that time.
- We require four weeks’ written notice of any changes to your child’s attendance.
- Habitual late payments or failure to pay will result in your child’s place at nursery being reviewed.
- Please ensure that you arrive on time to collect your child. Habitual late collections will incur a late payment charge. A £100 non refundable Registration Fee will be required. See below for our banking details.
